Privacy policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Verdalyn ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, purchase from us, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order details, and messages you send to customer support. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, time spent on pages, approximate location, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) may share information about how you interacted with our ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and ship orders, handle payments, returns, and refunds, and manage subscriptions;
  • To communicate with you about orders and customer support requests;
  • To send marketing emails or text messages where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, including showing you ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, Pixels and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Shopify analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and personalize advertising. These partners may collect information about your activity on the Site and across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie banner. You can learn more about Meta's ad practices and your choices at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, email/SMS providers, and customer support tools;
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google. Under some U.S. state laws, sharing data with these partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or others;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Obtain a portable copy of your information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. To exercise other rights, email us at verdalynsupport@gmail.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your order and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

California residents: In the last 12 months we collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate geolocation) for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Health-Related Information

We sell dietary supplements. We do not ask for medical records or diagnoses. Please do not send us health information you do not want us to have. Under certain state laws (such as Washington's My Health My Data Act), information about purchases of health-related products may be considered consumer health data; we use it only to fulfill your order and provide the services you request, and we do not sell it.

7. Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails using the "unsubscribe" link in any email. If you opt in to text messages, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

8. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our products are intended for adults 18 and older.

10. International Users and GDPR

Verdalyn is operated by Marius Mataitis from Lithuania (European Union), who is the data controller for your personal information. We serve customers primarily in the United States. Because we are based in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing. We process your information to perform our contract with you (processing and delivering orders), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting), on the basis of our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving our store), and on the basis of your consent where required (marketing and advertising cookies). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (ada.lt). Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries by our service providers (such as Shopify and Meta) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
