Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 6-12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during holidays or due to weather and carrier issues.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at verdalynsupport@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
