These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store (the "Site") operated by Marius Mataitis ("Verdalyn", "we", "us", "our") and your purchase of our products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERDALYN, MARIUS MATAITIS, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, ADVERSE REACTION, COMPLICATION, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verdalyn, Marius Mataitis, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices for U.S. customers are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing or description errors. Promotions (such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") apply only as described at the time of purchase and cannot be combined unless stated.

8. Subscriptions

If you choose "Subscribe & Save", you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval shown at checkout (for example, every 30 days) at the subscription price until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing verdalynsupport@gmail.com before your next billing date. We will send a reminder before renewal where required by law. Cancellation takes effect for the next unprocessed order.

9. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of products that arrived with damaged packaging.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at verdalynsupport@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
